Manotick Concerned Citizens Against Truck Traffic (MCCATT) leads a strong, community-focused effort, advocating for safer streets with one clear goal: to immediately close the designated truck route through Manotick. This community safety initiative is a public safety priority that transcends partisan politics. The truck traffic concerns pose serious risks to public and pedestrian safety, local businesses, air quality, and the overall character of our community (for more information, please watch our short video). Immediate action is required by the City of Ottawa, and effective solutions are available.
